The conference registration fee covers:

• Attendance to all the technical paper and poster sessions
• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks on all conference days
• lunch on all conference days
• Conference Dinner on Tuesday night
• Conference bag

Early bird registration has been extended until 10th June 2011

One -day Registration

One-day registrations are available on-site for IWA-AWA members.  Registration will be open from 8am-10am with payment by credit card (preferred) or cash only.  The cost is AU$500 /day and includes a conference bag.  Please note that all platform and poster presenters must register for the entire event.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received before 1st June 2011.  A refund of the total paid minus an AU$100 administration fee.  No refunds will be given after 1st June 2011.  Refunds must be applied for in writing and will be settled after the conference.

How to Register/Methods of Payment

Payments by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) only are permitted via on-line registration.  If you are unable to pay with these credit cards, please contact Trish Karwan at the UNSW Water Research Centre, p.karwan@unsw.edu.au, to arrange an alternative payment method.

Confirmation of registration will be processed on receipt of the registration form and all fees.  All rates are in Australian Dollars.

Student Registration - Proof of current enrolment (such as a student card) is required before student registration can be processed. You must fax a copy of your current student card to +61 2 9313 8624.

AWA or IWA Registration - You must be a current AWA or IWA member to get the members rate.
